A Spring Pool

Lovely tranquil scene and super expressive reflections. I had a go at reflections for about the first time a few days ago but I don't think mine turned out as well as yours!

This is one of those paintings that you just have to keep looking at. You see something mkore every time. The colours, the reflections, the composition and the wateriness make it a sheer delight!

Thank you everyone for the appreciative comments. I used a metal stylus to draw the fine lines into the wet paint. The paint flows into the slight indentation in the paper and makes the line slightly darker that the main wash. The stylus came as part of a very cheap craft knife set from The Range
