How do, Frank. While I'm in two minds about the fade-out - I'm a secret completist - I find this a very characterful portrait; the mouth is beautifully done: you understand how a dog's anatomy works.

thank you Robert for comments, I agree, the fading away didn't quite come off, but as you say his features worked for me, would have been better either just head or whole body, learning all the time, thats the joy of painting, thanks
