This Palazzo in Venice is opposite the Rialto market, from where I took a photo. I used this to do my watercolour, drawing it in pencil first.

After a career teaching Science, I am now retired and have time to enjoy a local Art class. I find pastel suits my style but I also enjoy trying to use water colours to good effect. I love painting flowers but also enjoy buildings, which so far I have painted from photos I have taken.
