Wonderful, not seen these in years Emma, nice painting.

Thank you - it's not a butterfly I see often, but I've seen four this year so far, hopefully that's a good sign as our butterfly populations have been suffering lately.

This butterfly was feeding on clover next to a main road - luckily I had my camera with me. Watercolour, hot- pressed paper, 9" X 5".
