"Chirpy" birds against a great background.

Well painted Emma, we sometimes get small flocks of these in our garden, but they move on through all too quickly, usually in the time I take to grab my camera, or binoculars!

Beautiful: the medium suits the subject so well. I always feel blessed when a group of these lands on my bird feeders.

Beautiful painting Emma. We are lucky enough to sometimes get visited by these little beauties too.

This is lovely, Emma.

These are so beautiful, lovely work.

A beauty Emma, I get flocks of them passing through but not on my feeders...yet. I think they look like lollipops when they are all fluffed up against the cold.

Gorgeous work Emma, such lovely birds which you have painted so beautifully.

Thanks everyone for the lovely comments.

Really lovely work Emma!

Thanks Louise.

Stunning piece, beautifully composed and painted.

Thank you Seok.

Never seen those, I have blue tits and willow tits in the garden , love the background and the fluffy birds, Emma.

Thanks Annick, you're lucky to see willow tits, they're very rare here.

These are charming little birds - I have a pair in the garden at the moment, squeaking and exploring everywhere. Watercolour on Rough paper - aureolin, cobalt blue and permanent rose.
