Thankyou for your encouraging remarks. My drawings are usually done on A3, but all the drawings here are A4 or thereabouts.

I really like all your drawings they are as good as the best I have seen .

Many years ago, I drew very detailed buildings in pencil - not as good as these! - but moved away from that style to a much sketchier approach; they used to take me many hours to complete: I imagine these did too. This one is a particularly effective drawing: detailed, but not so pernickety as to be cold or clinical; I've seen many drawings of townscapes where each line is dead straight, and although one can admire the skill, I never feel that these are real places. This drawing conveys absolute reality; I can imagine walking those streets.
