Many thanks for the positive feedback. It’s a deviation from my usual way of working but was a lot of fun to be expressive and share some of my feeling for the place. This piece really needs to be touched as it has lots of texture. It’s the fifth painting on this particular canvas, so the under painting has helped create texture too.
