my first attempt at a portrait! Painted in mostly watercolour with a touch of gouache! the subject is a friend from our folk club, painted from a photograph.

took up painting again after i retired several years ago! I paint mainly watercolour ,but dabble in pastel and acrylic sometimes. I have been lucky enough to have a few commissions,portraits and pets mainly!!
