Dianne Rigby

Biography

Dianne began painting seriously with art studies in Oxford, England in 2006. Moving to New Zealand in 2008, she continued her studies with one of New Zealand’s best known art schools, The Learning Connexion. She gained a Diploma in Art and Creativity in 2010. Dianne works with acrylics, oils and watercolour. Capturing the mood and atmosphere of the landscape is the focus of her paintings. Her frequent travels to England, and the coast of New Zealand where she lives, provide the inspiration for her work. She has exhibited with groups in Oxford, and with galleries in the Wellington region of New Zealand. Her work is in private collections in England, Australia and New Zealand. Dianne was born in the north of England and now lives on the Kapiti Coast, New Zealand.
