Well this is an excellent oil, Dermot. Your brushwork is beautiful, and I love the palette. It's an excellent piece, stunning in its simplicity.

I used to do a faIr few oils in my time , my style was loose and I used to plough the paint on and work Alla prima .... Watercolour always drags me back though
