Derek, I love the light in your sketch. It's what watercolours are best for and you've done a great job. I like it when pen and ink don't carefully follow every line or when washes are free to wander, gives a great feeling of ease which is really pleasing to the viewer.

This was a vey loose wash in 3 colours I think. Last one of the day. My wobbly hands and fingers don't help but keep the lines free. Thanks Sarah, dennis's, Manashree, Michael, David, John and Caroline.

I have always liked the black outlining and it works so well here. I love the simplicity of the scene Derek and this is my favourite so far.
