Very good look - like it all, especially the car.

Inspired by you, Denis, I've just bought some oil pastels. Hope I can get near your standard.

The colours are so vibrant, lovely work

Many thanks Maureen looking forward to seeing them Seth you'll soon know what to do and thank you Linda

Some acrylic in there by the way

You are getting better and better with your oil pastels Dennis I like the new look.

Another fabulous oil pastel, Dennis. I just love this one.

This works very well Dennis, I have never got on with oil pastels myself.

Many thanks Barry Ellen and Stephen very much appreciated

Another super piece Dennis!

I believe that traditionally cottages wore painting with whitewash combined with oxblood. So flesh is about right. Oil pastels seem to be doing the right thing for you. I have heard that they are really good for pleinair. Well done.

Many thanks Fiona and Linda very much appreciated

Another good 'un, Dennis. Good work, and that car looks like it's really shifting.

Yes he must know the road Lewis

Really great work Dennis.

Great composition and colours, you're getting better and better all the time with these oil pastels.

This is great i love the way you've explained the car. great work again.

Many thanks Margaret Sandra and Georgina for the lovely encouragement

I like the texture and colour Dennis. I never thought of combining acrylic with the pastels - is it on gesso'd board?

No just experimenting on cheap paper Marjorie

So very good Dennis, Painterly. Love it

You are too kind Thalia and Gudrun
