I do like the intimation of buildings without too much detail - another winner.

Dennis this is absolutely outstanding. We have here the perfect balance of the abstract and physical representation. Also the sky seem to take one further away over the horizon. It has tremendous depth when one observes the painting say 4 foot away. Get up close and its just a lot of what seems messy mark. Stand back and wow. A mark of a real artist Dennis well done. I have put it on my desktop to look at it from time to time. Is that ok with you.

The effect of the sun catching the houses, seems effortless again Dennis.

Absolutely beautiful, Dennis. I like the warm colours and the brushstrokes. The sky is superb.

another lovely piece Dennis lovely loose style holding one's attention

Dennis this is really something love it.

I like your style Dennis! In this painting as well as your other ones there is always the invitation to the viewer to bring his or her interpretation to the work - something that makes each piece you do both personal and engaging.

Super painting Dennis, great composition and colours, and the sky, as John has said, really seems to take you further over the horizon.

A lovely painting Dennis, lovely colours and so much to see in it, as John and Jenny said the sky seems to carry you over the horizon
