This is based on the earlier piece called London Rain it's now more refined and hardly resembles the photo. I lightened the building on the left with that invented awning, it now creates a nice contrast area which leads the eye in. I have sharpened up the figures and used counterchange to make them more prominent, added my dog and some windows and shop signs are suggested in the background , and strengthened the red lights . I won't take it any further or I am at risk of ruining it through fiddling. This is about how I like them no tighter. Hope it's useful.
