So clever Dennis. I've been wondering how you manage to produce so much work. I love the way you manage to select what is important from a photograph and make it your own. Its almost as if you paint in a plein air way but from photographs. So clever.

Thanks Georgina yes if I went painting plain air I'd still paint it my own way in done it . I prefer long countryside walks with my wife and Arthur my dog and take loads of photos then sort through them at my pleasure. I do 10 mile walks I've done one today . A lot of my country scenes are made up I might see a gate or tree then create landscape around it , I've painted so many I can invent them now.thanks Georgina , I love your approach to painting too.
