Simple composition but effective. Love the way that you've caught that last fleeting glimpse of light.

Thanks Alan much appreciated comments

Lovely composition Dennis. Earthy colours and beautiful sky. First light beautifully captured.

Thanks Henry I enjoyed doing it ,I was working from memory with no reference and usually they turn out best.

I can't paint anything from memory. This is wonderful. Impressed you were up at dawn, being a night owl myself.

A place you can be alone too, which I would like a lot dennis. You must know every branch, post and blade.

Thanks Caroline very much, actually I was not up at dawn its just from memory of many other paintings.

Beautiful colours, superb atmosphere Dennis. The touch of light in the sky works very well and adds great atmosphere.

Thanks very much Cesare and very much appreciated comments

Always love your skies but the foreground in this one is exceptional. Gorgeous painting.
