Marsh cattle by dennis roberts

Lovin the depth in this, no telegraph pole but the church doing a job of the vertical, another terrific painting Dennis.

Interesting that the church tower works although it is very near the edge of the painting. I suppose it is balanced by the cattle.

I think the cattle is the focus point of the painting, but I find the water in the foreground works also very well. Great painting Dennis.

Dark tufts of grasses break up the land beautifully with the marsh puddles Dennis.

The more I look at this the less I like it .

Good depth and lovely gentle colours - this makes a very relaxing painting to look at Dennis.
