Love the light on the sheep Dennis, I like the texture in this one too. Can you choose the grain of paper/support for your paintings?

Many thanks to all and of course very much appreciated comments. Yes Fiona you can paint on textured surface or you can lay texture on after but I work the texture in by choice of brush as I would in a conventional painting ,I make the texture as I go along . there are dozens of brushes but I only really use a handful of favourites . Funnily enough my favourite brush is the air brush on the basic paint program , i soften the rough texture it gives by using the blender on adobe.
