Interesting Dennis, the patch of sunlight is so effective.

Thank you Malcolm , yes I think that patch of sunlight is the key to this painting . I may strengthen the colours later today see if it is any better.

It works so well as it would in your hands mate.

Love that zingy contrast between the lemon yellows and the various shades of lavender and grays, they create a wonderfully mellow atmosphere. Stunning work, as usual, Dennis.
