Just the subject i was thinking of again dennis. Smashing action.

Thankyou Derek its no great painting but i do love to experiment. I was really more interested in trying to catch the action than accuracy. Its much easier for me to paint exactly what i see but it ends up as a giant photograph , that seems pointless so i try to do it different in a way that is unique to myself thankyou again Derek

Thankyou Fiona its just trying new stuff .i can turn out landscapes and street scenes but you end up with clichés i just try something a bit different I'm very glad you like it Fiona.

This is something new Dennis. I love the way you've conveyed the movement and power in the picture. Really effective. And thank you so much for your encouraging comments on my paintings today. If only it were that simple, I would love to sell one or two. Maybe I've been trying the wrong sort of venue (art & craft fairs ) or maybe these type of themes are just not popular. I've tried selling at the lowest prices I dare, but my experience has been that if the 'punters' have got a spare £30 or so, they'd rather spend it on bingo or cigarettes than a painting. At least the paintings I do. But c'est la vie .. I love all of your work Dennis. Each one is unique.
