Using your computer allows you to paint and draw in many styles and has the effect of different conventional mediums. This reminds of an old photographic black and white image, would make a nice watercolour. I have a book where the artist/ teacher does several sketches or studies in preparation for an oil painting. Computers are so versatile.

Thankyou Stephen this is a good guide to paint a nice picture . Of course as well as prints I can easily paint any of my paintings in acrylic or oil if I want , Im pretty good at copying, I used to paint replicas of Rembrands paintings when I started . At that time I couldn't paint an original To save my life .

Very dark and mysterious Dennis! I like it very much as it is but you could add some of your magical colours into it too. I might give it a go so don't delete in a hurry, please.

Thankyou Sarah and Satu I just put it up it could be a very nice painting I look forward to seeing what you do Satu if you do have a go but only if you want to don't get thinking im waiting I don't mind either way but I wont delete in case you want to do it or any of my others id like to see how others interpret them.

To be honest Dennis, I am not much of a fan of digital work, but this is marvellous. I love the recession. This would be a great starting point for a triad or tetrad painting.

I respect your opinion Frank , we all have our own views and as far as I'm concerned that's fine . I just love painting and i don't much care how i do it .
