I would have thought this was an impressionistic oil painting, the result is a lovely image.

Hi Stephen and thankyou very much. This was painted with windows 7paint program,it has no special tools just brushes and i can promise you its not an easy option i think its a lot harder than painting with a conventional brush. I'm well practiced at it though and i enjoy it. I'm glad you like it Stephen.
