Wollaton Park

Wollaton Park

Wollaton Park is within walking distance for me, Dawn. It's a lovely space to get absorbed in. However, when you live on the doorstep you take it for granted. The trees around the lake are lovely at this time. Can't remember ever seeing a red boat though! But it's a lovely pastel. Well done.

Thanks, Ellen. The red boat came from a photo I saw on facebook.

Soft pastel on pastelmat 10 x8. Painted for my son who who went to Notts uni and really loves the park. I hope he likes it! I found all the greens tricky, especially in pastel.

About the Artist
