A visit to my memories when i trekked through the foothills of the Anapurna mountains in Nepal 20 years ago! The going was tough though magnificent for 3 weeks. Myself and a few companions was led by Prem an ex Gurkha officer, a hard taskmaster but great character . Oh for those halcyon days of energy and adventure
