Previously on site as a monochrome copy as i had miss placed actual painting, found the original today. This was an acrylic painting i did way back in 1967, a girlfriend at the time had a cousin who was a friend of the beatles , and a print of this painting was sent to the late great John Lennon. John sent me a lovely thank you letter, which unfortunately got last in a house move some years ago !!. We were however invited to Lennon's for a party the Beatles where having at his Weybridge house. Alas fate dealt a double wammy as the girlfriend and i split up just before the party ,so i never got to meet the fab 4 ....what a twist of fate
