Lake Tekapo Lupins

Lake Tekapo Lupins

Lovely work David I love lupins but they are too short lived

Lovely scene David, very nicely done.

I remember those lupins and the lake! Iceland has lots of lupins too! thank you for revitalising my memory David.

That's Lovely David very well painted

Thank you all for your kind comments, Lupins are a lovely flower and the aroma when in a large amount is really something, I am amazed where these manage to grow, as Linda said Iceland and I also saw them in Norwegian fjords.

Lovely work, David.

You see them in these cold place because it's too cold for the little blighters that are quite partial to eating them....perhaps. I like this David, it's a peaceful scene.

Thanks Cesare and Fiona, think you are right Fiona these places are a bit chilly. LOL

Thanks for the comments on my latest David , also I'm glad you enjoyed the JFW book , I remember reading what he said about skies being nearly two thirds of most paintings so make a big feature of them , it's advice I took to heart as his skies were magnificent .
