Good enough to eat David.. am I allowed a small comment?. ( some people take great offence ) . I don’t think I’ve ever seen a brown shadow before , though you have made a comment on the forum about colours not being true when photographed ! I usually see shadows on a bluey , purple scale . Violet and browns do make nice darks plus indigo. But the brown isn’t obvious when mixed Plus if you look at your Apple ....or have you eaten it ?you should see dark shadow at the base of the actual Apple radiating upwards . Though as I said it looks good enough to munch on , you have captured the solidness really well. ......now don’t go off in a huff .

Sylvia. Critical.comments always welcome...thats why I posted it! Brown shadow...its actually Mars black on white paper. The colours have been corrected and I don't know why. The apple is much more vivid on my paper than here...browns have been accentuated. As for the location of shadow...youre perfectly right, of course, but I stopped short of adding more to my beautiful apple. Thanks for the input. I tell you I haven't a clue about making the computer stop changing my colours. I don't even know whether it's my phones camera or POL D

Great comments from Sylvia, worth taking note. Your apple is looking good David!
