Amazing painting, David. Fantastic image of Jake going solo but the light just around the corner is so effective and seems analogous of life's journey which I find quite moving.

Lovely, moving work a David, has a loose watercolour feel to it. As has been said the feel of light and shade is very good.

Maybe you should do more looser style Russell. This has an air of freshness. As he ride you can sense a wobble. You have caught Jake just right for the moment.
