I'd be interested to know how big these are David and what medium you use.

Hi Frank, I work solely in acrylic, a great medium especially for my kind of work, and I standardise on a 30"x20" (in real money, lol) canvas board. It's a size I like for getting the detail in and means I can buy in multiple from my supplier for a bit of discount. Thanks for your interest and comments. Regards David

The sand quay at Toomebridge on the north shore of Lough Neagh was for many years operated by the family firm of Scott's. They extracted sand by suction onto barges from the bed of the lough and brought it ashore for drying. Here one of their Foden S21 tippers has just been loaded by their NCK and is ready for the road. The year is 1967
