Many good things about this, the blue of the sky, the clouds, the delicate background purply wash; am not completely convinced by the way the waterline meets the bottom of the boats, and would suggest you lift out the blue for reflections rather than adding opaque white, which it looks as though you've done here.

Actually, looking at the enlarged version, you may have tried lifting out those reflections, but they look a bit scrubbed - they need to be softer at the edges, and a cleaner colour. I do know it's hard! I bang on about it because I think your paintings will benefit enormously once you've cracked this.
