What a lovely picture well constructed and good use of colours

Hi Maureen - Thank you very much for your comment - glad you like it . It and a few in others in this vein are still one of the 'mystery' ones for me - and indeed go back to ideas that one 'forgets' as usual - but at the time they certainly called to ideas about the murals in Pompei - where those strange fresco's in the ' Villa Of Mysteries' - in all their 'Romanness' and now in their semi deteriorated nature - can still whisper half understood stories down the centuries - A half heard - half seen thing - a painting.
