Loved seeing your work - vibrant colours and playing between the abstract/patterns and light! Most invigorating. Peter

Thanks very much indeed Peter. This particular painting was sold to someone who lives on the side of that mountain - the Sugarloaf - Abergavenny. Cheers for now. Dai. H.

Really like your style and use of colour

Thanks Carol Dai

Stunning work, love your style.

Retha - Thank you very much for all your kind words and comments over the various galleries - the only thing that I can say about work and style in general - is this: - I don't do Art ( as such ) - but I am aware, and skilled in its variety and metaphors - I'm not concerned with it as a 'thing' or Artism or illustrationism. What I do is a kind of by product while I, or it ,does, whatever the work really is - this is apparent to others ( as the painting) - but mostly invisible to me, because I'm trying to do something else - and through the chosen archaic mode of painting - lo and behold, another painting is made. In some way that's really what I'm after; ... in the space of an implicated order - below the explicate of everyday, springing up through an unknown anima and the physics of quanta and a personal response that needs must have poesis - if it doesn't hold poesis in the 'plastic' the 'work' can't happen. I am not immune to the persuasions of the wonderfull silent painted image - wherever it is found - I recluse and excuse myself from its wink - even tho I laugh - it's all or nothing - and there is nothing to lose. It's always NOW. All the best Dai.
