Yes you said it Colin. Caught the atmospehere very well.

Can't think of anywhere nicer to be cold and damp. Limited palette works great, and atmosphere captured perfectly with the grey sky. Nice one.

Been there and done that and this conveys the cold and bleakness of winter camping in North Wales really well with a great palette for it too. The only thing missing is the stream running under the tents that changed course in the night! :)

Reminds me of a tent we pitched in the dark right next to a railway line, and the train came roaring through and frightened us to death. Very good painting, if a bit desolate.
