A beautiful painting, Clive. You were lucky with the weather. We spent a week on Skye a couple of years ago and it rained the whole week so we cut our stay short!

Thank you Heather, David and Spencer. We certainly were very lucky with the weather, it was April so too early for the midges, but we have been there many times when the weather was shall we say inclement! But, we always say there is no such thing as bad weather just wrong clothing!

16" x 12" Oil on canvas board. Painted from a photo I took last year on the Isle of Skye, our 'Happy Place'. I just loved the way the cloud hung over the top of the mountains, and miraculously we had a week of blue skies!
