Summer in Norfolk.

A good, splashy watercolour - figures are excellent: incidental to the scene, although an essential part of it, but not dominating it.

This is Byfords!! My all time most favourite place to eat in Norfolk. We had a holiday house a few miles from Holt until last year and our first port of call was always Byfords with their (calorie free I was assured!) cakes to die for. It became part of our life for over 6 years. How lovely to see your painting pop up on my screen - brings back super memories. Lovely work and thank you!!

I live quite close to Holt, and I thorally recommend moving to Norfolk. Your painting is lovely :)
