Lovely colour palette you've got there, and interesting that you used the hake. Some people find it very difficult to use, whereas others take to it like a duck to water. I have four of them, now getting old and worn (but then, aren't we all....?). Need to buy a new one .... or two or three; just not sure if they'll be Ron Ransons, or another maker than Prolene. Decisions, decisions - would you have a view about that?

Many thanks Robert for your comment.I bought a Jacksons own brand hake which was not expensive, it seems to work okay for me I dont know if the expensive ones are any better.

Fabulous - I can't get on with a hake brush at all

Chris I think this is gorgeous. The hake has given you lovely uninterrupted washes which really have an impact in your painting. I like the silhouette of the hills against that wonderful sky.

Many thanks Heather and Fiona for your valued comments.
