Nicely done Christopher, perhaps you could go a little stronger with your tones.

The mass of rigging would tempt me to line with a similar pen ALL the other shapes above water, it would possibly become a strong semi abstract. (Buildings, boat hulls, boat canopies I mean all) and add as Stephen is suggesting.

Love the softness of your sky and I think as Stephen has mentioned, strengthen up the tones here and there, especially in the shadows it would really make your lighter tones stand proud. Have a practise on some scrap paper. You choose some really nice subjects Christopher.
