Have just found your source pic for this it is a soft gentle image with whispy hair. This is hard and vampish. Look at your skin tones not natural unless she has been in the sun too long. Tony's advice is good it would give you a more moulded effect, softer and less hard.

Agree on the skin tones, but the overall impact suggests you've been looking at a bit of Modigliani's work. I like it
