Oil on canvas 45x38cms approx A description of the different flowers and grasses in the meadow behind my house. I loved the really dark area against the brilliance of the grasses. The trees formed rather a wall in the background so I had to break up the foliage a bit and increase the sky area slightly. Again, I tried to keep to a limited palette.
