‘Canoe Rack – Maligne Lake’. On a trip to the Canadian Rockies I made sketches and took photographs from which I have made various drypoint etchings. Maligne Lake, in the Jasper National Park, with its sometimes turquoise, sometimes azure waters and surrounded by snow-capped mountains and glaciers, was a particular jewel.
