This is lovely! :)

I agree with Paula: this is very well done!

A lovely, sunny picture! I have had tea and something yammy in that place last year and looking at your painting I can see myself entering the house and the lovely smell of fresh bread filling my nostrils. Thank you for taking me back there.

I know the place and you have painted it well Cherry, well done.

Thank you all for your kind comments.

Just found you on POL, Cherry. This is such a charming painting. It just oozes with history and those lovely pale colours of Bath stone. Really lovely. P.S. Thank you so much for your comments about my portrait gallery - it is so kind of you and I really appreciate the encouragement.

I have just finished painting this myself! funny to se we have cropped it at almost exactly the same place. I found your image when I was googling images of Sally Lunns to see how others had painted it! It is lovely to paint isnt it!

Thea, I have only just caught up with your comment. There are so many paintings to look at I don't always get round to the, Thank you so much,

Lyndsey, thanks for your comments. It is a lovely building but not easy to do. Do you live in the area?
