She is so adorable Chandra, hope her new family loves her just as much as her previous.. A beautiful painting of so much Love and yet sadness, Gorgeous :)

Thank You Dennis, Marjorie, Dennis and Maria for taking the time to comment ....I too hope that Mitzie was found a happy home.... I was glad that I had been able to present her owner with the painting few months before she passed away.

I painted this picture of little Mitzie as a present for an elderly neighbour. Sadly, the lady has since died , the house sold and little Mitzie rehomed, and I just hope that she went to a happy home as I have fond memories of playing with Mitzie when I visited her owner. The painting is from a photo taken when Mitzie was sitting on her favourite blanket, in the car, ready to go for her regular trim, shampoo and blow dry!!
