My wife by the dentist

My wife by dentist

Know that feeling, good portrait Cesare and an unusual subject matter!

Love the anguished expression Cesare.

I lost my fear of the dentist when I had to see one (and was very lucky to find one) after I'd endured several abscesses. He was an extraordinarily taciturn Scotsman - and his skills, as he openly admitted on his own website, were limited. But he did the magic thing: he never hurt me; extracted two teeth and I felt next to nothing. No need to fear these days - dentistry has moved a long way from its horrors when I was a boy, and would have looked just like your wife (well: my expression would): you've expressed it well.

Thank you Heather, Carole, Robert and Coral for your generous comments.
