You continue to improve, in this very difficult medium. I think I'd make his (probably black?) hair a little darker on the shadowed side; but your flesh tones work better in this one, than in some of those in which you've used a crimson or magenta - which can work, but require a very sure knowledge of exactly where and how strongly to use them.
