I don't know what they are either, I'm presuming some kind of fish?? It looks great anyway Cesare.

Thank you Sandra and Margaret for your kind comments. It is a little fish, Squilla mantis, or cicada. In Italian "cicala di mare" or "canocchia". They are pretty good.
