Nice attempt, Carolyn - I think it would make a nice card as it is. My attempt at using salt on watercolour didn't work either!

I think you've made a good job of this Carolyn, to be honest I've never had much luck with salt either. You should join the forum, there is a competition for January and that is painting a cabin in the wood, more practice for you, I'm working on mine but I don't think it's much good!!

LP tutorial to practic using watercolour. I tried using salt for the snowflakes but I think I want to run before I can walk......but id like to be able to paint my own Christmas card next year.
