Such a beautiful pastel of Mollie Carolyn, I think you are getting the hang of pastels! I find them too dusty but I do like using Clairefontaine pastelmat with coloured pencils as it seems to grip the colour and you can put light over dark too which is a bonus.

Oh that sounds like a definite bonus Margaret. Might have to give it a try. I quite like the pastels on the mi tientes paper as it does seem to be less dusty.
