It is not easy painting from old photos, because they are usually so small. You have made quite a good job of this one. the next challenge is to paint them in colour, even though you don't have all the information. Carry on portraying.

I was given a photo of my great grandma who was born in 1890 and decided to draw it in graphite. this was one of my earlier works. i put the photo next to my image I might take up people portraits when I have mastered animals??
