Cold Morning Glow (Sherbrook Valley, Cannock Chase) by Carole Baker

I like this one best of the three - you are using a limited palette of colours and they all compliment each other well with lovely brush strokes. Are you using a little pastel work to bring out or accentuate some of the detail?

Hi Clive... Thanks for your kind words. I always use a limited palette and I think it helps to harmonise the painting. I have used oil pastel over the acrylic, just small touches to highlight areas and make it 'zing'. Well spotted!
