Some images from my sketchbook
I have a lung condition at the moment so on advice I am avoiding the oil painting studio and taking the opportunity to try and brush up on my drawing skills both digitally and traditionally. The man holding the dead grasshopper came from a black and white image in a 1937 newspaper article. Perhaps they had Photoshop in those days too. Hopefully I can return to the studio in a few weeks.
About the Artist

I have painted and drawn all my life and living in a rural area I am particularly drawn to the landscape. I work in oils, acrylics and digital illustration. I paint every day and will tackle any subject that inspires me. Best wishes for your own art journey.
